SAN MATEO, Cal.--Electronic Arts, the entertainment software company, said it has acquired Manley & Associates, an Issaquah, Wash., developer of PC and 32-bit software. Manley will become a wholly owned subsidiary and will be called Electronic Arts Seattle Inc.
Larry Probst, chairman and chief executive of Electronic Arts, said the company will continue to invest in creative talent in the interactive entertainment industry.
