SAN MATEO, Cal.--Electronic Arts, the entertainment software company, said it has acquired Manley & Associates, an Issaquah, Wash., developer of PC and 32-bit software. Manley will become a wholly owned subsidiary and will be called Electronic Arts Seattle Inc.
