Two orchards - one that is organic and the other Grower of the Year in 2007 - on the outskirts of Havelock North are being put up for sale.
Both orchards are located on Te Aute Rd, close to the edge of the Havelock North Village boundary and only minutes from the village centre.
They are being offered for sale separately by auction through Glynn Rees-Jones and Louise Wake, of Bayleys Hawke's Bay, and will go under the hammer in its new Havelock North offices on June 6.
The two orchards offer lifestyle development potential as well as existing business operations, Rees-Jones says.
