Anhui Fengyuan factories to become whole subsidiaries
Shanghai. May 23. INTERFAX-CHINA - Shenzhen-listed Anhui Fengyuan Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. will spin off two of its factories as new subsidiaries in Anhui Province's cities of Bengbu and Ma'anshan, the company announced today.
The two new companies, named Bengbu Fengyuan Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. and Ma'anshan Fengyuan Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., will be established using Anhui Fengyuan's existing factories in the cities.
Bengbu Fengyuan will have a registered capital of RMB 30 million ($4.32 million), and Ma'anshan Fengyuan will have RMB 10 million ($1.44 million).
