The foie gras flap may be over, but plenty of Chicago movers and shakers still don't want the stuff touching their lips.
"Never have and never will eat it,'' states Jerry Mickelson, CEO of Jam Productions, of the frou-frou French pate made by force-feeding ducks and geese to fatten their livers.
Ditto for restaurant investor Bill Marovitz and his wife, Playboy Enterprises CEO Christie Hefner, both regulars at some of Chicago's swankiest restaurants.
