In Gospel Tracks Through Texas: The Mission of Chapel Car Good Will, Wilma Rush Taylor explores the little-known but compelling story of the chapel car ministry in Texas. When the car, Good Will, pulled into Texas in 1895, it was sponsored by the American Baptist Publication Society, in many respects a rival to the fledgling Southern Baptist Convention's Sunday School Board.
