LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--February 8, 1996--Beachport Entertainment Corporation (NASDAQ BB: BPRT) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, On Ice, Inc., has entered into an agreement with Ice Capades, Inc., a DelWilber + Associates (DWA) company, whereby On Ice will produce, organize and manage Ice Capades. DWA is affiliated with International Family Entertainment (NYSE: FAM). Under the terms of the agreement, Barry Mendelson, President and Chief Operating Officer of Beachport Entertainment will serve as executive producer of Ice Capades shows and will be responsible for expanding Ice Capades productions into television, home video and merchandising ...
