THE congregation at the Calvyn Protestant Church in Grassy Park had a service with a difference yesterday - churchgoers wore blindfolds or dark sunglasses to simulate being blind.
Organised in association with the League of Friends of the Blind (Lofob), churchgoers wore the blindfolds and sunglasses for the entire service in a show of solidarity.
The theme of the sermon was, "You are Not Alone", and the Lofob blind choir started the service with Lean on Me. Scripture readings were by blind readers.
