Swedish industrial components and systems supplier Aros Quality Group AB said on Monday (26 May) that its subsidiary AQ Lasertool i Ludvika AB has agreed to acquire the Swiss-Swedish power and automation group ABB's (OMX Stockholm, NYSE: ABB)(SWX: ABBN) thin sheet business in Ludvika, Sweden.
