A chain of hotels are to be built and operated by India and Dubai real estate company the Sobha Group across the Sub Continent, Middle East and East Africa.

Ten five-star properties are to be developed in the next five years: two hotels in Dubai, six in India, and one each in Oman and Zanzibar. The first property is to be launched in 2010.
