Introduction
Reports of bullying in public schools are all too common on the nightly news. Many adults express shock at this childhood cruelty. Unfortunately, bullying behavior is not exclusive to playgrounds and classrooms. This article represents a collaborative effort between the authors, the main goal of which is to discuss horizontal hostility among nursing professionals and to suggest potential strategies to avoid? this condition.
