The Icelandic seafood products company Alfesca hf said on Tuesday (27 May) that it has entered into a letter of intent with a significant non-Icelandic investor under which the investor intends to invest an amount equal to ISK48.3m by subscribing for new shares in the equity capital of the company.
The investment will be made by subscribing for 850m new shares at the subscription price of ISK6.45 per share, the company said.
