Partnerships are vital to the growth of the criminal justice system. Law enforcement, courts and corrections must work together to protect and serve society. One of the resources that has improved these partnerships is technology, which has changed the way corrections addresses security, communications and training. E-learning has become a way for corrections personnel to grow in their careers and for training departments to offer courses in a cost-effective and efficient way.
