SCOTLAND'S most deranged killers and sex beasts have been given Nintendo Wii games consoles - to help with their "flexibility".
The pounds 180 video machines are proving a massive hit at the State Hospital, Carstairs, where patients are queueing up to have a go.
It's the latest perk at the hospital which, the Record can reveal, has also splashed out almost pounds 20,000 taxpayers' cash on Setanta satellite TV for every room so patients can follow their favourite football teams.
