An Army Ranger pleaded guilty Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Tacoma to five felony charges arising from an August 2006 robbery of a Bank of America branch in Tacoma. Luke Sommer, 21, of Peachland, B.C., admitted to leading a group of armed robbers - including two other Rangers - in the takeover-style robbery, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office. ...
