Let's talk a little more about the INGAA Foundation study I mentioned last time. The study says workforce attrition costs the industry U.S.$575 million a year. It calls for companies to implement a comprehensive approach to managing workforce and knowledge assets to reduce the cost of attrition. The industry-owned, industry-managed training program I discussed last time should be part of that approach. Twelve operating companies are currently involved in the development of that program. Participation is open to any interested operating company.
