Colliers Houston & Co. has announced it is exclusively marketing 85 Oxford Drive, a two-story, 23,003 s/f office building for sale in Moonachie on behalf of the owner, Russo Development. Colliers Houston's executive vice president Mark D. Siegler, SIOR, senior vice president Marc A. Hirschinger and senior associate Larry I. Leib, CCIM, are spearheading this assignment.
