TIA has published TIA Standard 102.BAAD-1, Common Air Interface Description for Conventional Channels, Addendum 1-Packet Data Registration/OTAR Messages and Procedures.
Federal, state and local public safety agencies, utilities, railroads, manufacturers, and a wide variety of other businesses rely on the conventional channels of private land mobile radio systems, i.e., two-way radio, every day.
