When the roof began to leak again on the Loraine Street Administrative Building, the situation could have posed big problems for several departments serving Knoxville, Tennessee. Reroofing the facility with a standing seam metal roof system has corrected that threat and added an updated appearance to the facility.
The inconspicuous building housed the main computer that controlled the community's traffic signals, along with numerous engineering, public works, and administrative offices. City engineers therefore wasted no time in screening consultants to lead a reroofing program.
