LAS VEGAS, Feb. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Nevada Power Company (NYSE: NVP) announces the successful conclusion of an arbitration proceeding brought by Nevada Cogeneration Associates (NCA) #1 and #2, two Utah general partnerships that own gas-fired cogeneration facilities north of Las Vegas.
