STUDENTS at a sixth form college have put the Government to shame byoffering finance lessons to primary school pupils - something Gordon Brown hasso far failed to do.
Economics students from St Aidan's & St John Fisher College in Harrogate, NorthYorkshire, have piloted a series of one-hour lessons at nearby New ParkCommunity School, whose pupils are aged between five and 11.
With the backing of local insurer engage Mutual Assurance, the students believethey have discovered a teaching plan worth extending nationwide.
