Phorm is a company that has generated much heated debate among a small section of the Westminster village in recent months.
As many readers will be aware, Phorm's offering is based around a targeted ad service that monitors browsing habits and serves relevant ads to the end user. Leading ISPs like BT, Carphone Warehouse and Virgin Media are frequently reported to be holding talks with Phorm about implementing the company's service.
