WEST CALDWELL, N.J., June 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Ricoh Americas Corporation, a leading provider of office equipment in the United States, announced today it has acquired Automated Business Products, a Savin dealer headquartered in Salt Lake City, UT.
Effective immediately, Automated Business Products will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ricoh Americas Corporation and be known as Automated Business Products - A Ricoh Company. Lee Christensen, president of ABP, and Mike Archer, CFO, will remain in their current positions and have day-to-day responsibility for all sales, service and administrative operations.
