Under a moonlit sky, former President Bill Clinton told a crowd of more than 2,000 at the University of Oregon on Monday night why the best candidate for president in 2008 just happens to be his wife.
"I would be here (campaigning) for her even if we had never been married, knowing what I know about her as a change-maker," Clinton told a boisterous crowd of mostly college students.
Keeping to his reputation as a policy wonk, Clinton offered up a mountain of statistics in support of his claims that his wife, Sen. Hillary Clinton, is the best candidate to provide political reform in the arenas of energy, ...
