SEOUL, June 3 (Yonhap) -- Poongsan Corp., a South Korean supplier of non-ferrous metals and defense products, said Tuesday that its shareholders approved a plan to split Poongsan into a holding company and two operating companies to boost investor interest and improve its corporate structure.
