CFO Kevin Mattson has played an integral role in the turnaround of San Ysidro Health Center since coming on board in 2000. His consistency and steady eye on long-term vision have served the organization well. Through careful, strategic planning in concert with the Health Center's then new CEO, Ed Martinez, and direction from the board of directors, a plan was devised and implemented to turn the organization around financially.
