Swedish industrial group Trelleborg AB (OMX Stockholm: TREL B) announced on Tuesday (3 June) that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of the US company MacDermid Offset Printing Blankets.
The purchase consideration amounted to SEK400m, and was paid in cash.
