One of the south's key new commercial property spaces has won a new tenant.
Over 21,000 sq ft of industrial and warehouse space has been successfully let at 1 Mauretania Road in Nursling, Southampton, to Amari Aerospace Ltd.
Since 2000 the business has grown from one specialist division in Southampton, to a multimillion-pound business.
The company, which is one of Europe's largest independent stockholders, processors, and distributors, of aluminium, steel, titanium, nickel and copper alloys, works with aerospace, defence, motorsport and high-tech industries worldwide.
