Russia's URALCHEM elects independent director to board
MOSCOW. June 4 (Interfax) - Shareholders in Associated Chemical Company URALCHEM, the top Russian producer of ammonium nitrate and second largest producer of nitrogen fertilizers by volume, voted on Tuesday to elect Paul Ostling as an independent director on the board of directors, the company said in a statement.
The size of the board was increased from seven to nine members.
