Norwegian fish farmer SalMar ASA (OSE: SALM) said on Thursday (5 June) that its subsidiary Senja Sjofarm AS has agreed to acquire the companies Straumen Havbruk AS and Fjordsmolt AS.

Straumen Havbruk holds two fish farming licenses in the county of Troms, where Fjordsmolt is a also a producer of smolt.

The financial details of the acquisitions were not disclosed, ...
