By OUR STAFF REPORTERLAHORE, June 4 (THE NATION): Election Commission of Pakistans decision to allow PML-N Quaid Mian Nawaz Sharif and party president Mian Shahbaz Sharif to contest by-elections has been challenged in Lahore High Court in two separate constitutional petitions. The Chief Justice of LHC has constituted a three-member full bench that will take up these cases on Thursday (today). The Bench is comprised of Justice Fazal-e-Miran Chauhan, Justice Hasnat Ahmad Khan and Justice Muhammad Ahsan Bhoon.Petitions have been filed by Noor Elahi and Khurram Shah who also assailed the split-decision of an election tribunal of LHC on the eligibility of Sharif ...
