Skanska is developing and constructing a new office property with strong green profile in Gothenburg. Skanska's investment amounts to about SEK 350 M(USD 59.2 MN) in the first stage comprising 12,000 square meters of rentable floor space. When fully constructed, the office project will comprise a total of 17,000 square meters. The first phase is scheduled to be completed in autumn 2010.
