WESTBORO - A high school freshman told the School Committee last night that students are suffering because of the bitter dispute between the town and the teachers union.
Ricky Packer said he doesn't know much about the financial situation; he just knows students are feeling its effects.
"It's starting to affect the students," he said. "Next year more and more clubs are starting to get canceled. I'm not sure that's fair. Many of the students don't know what to do about it."
