BARRE - Oswald E. Marconi, 91, died on May 27, in University Commons.
He leaves his wife of 61 years, Grace M. (Panaccione) Marconi; four daughters, including Joan Marconi of Northboro; a sister; and four grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son, a daughter, two brothers and three sisters.
He was born in South Barre, the son of Peter and Maria (Nigro) Marconi, and was a lifelong resident. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of both World War II and the Korean conflict serving as a chief petty officer. He was ...
