INTERFAX-CHINA - The Chinese government is expected to relax its restrictions on satellite TV receiver use after Chinasat-9, China's first direct broadcast satellite, is launched, a senior researcher from China's State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT) said yesterday.
