GALLATIN GATEWAY, Mont. -- AIH Acquisition, L.L.C., a Rocky Mountain Choppers affiliate, today announced that on May 23, 2008, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas approved its stalking-horse bid for substantially all the assets of American IronHorse Motorcycle Company, Inc. The debtor supported AIH Acquisition's stalking-horse bid of more than $8 million. The transaction closed on June 4, 2008.

Scott Meyers, president and CEO of AIH Acquisition, L.L.C., and a current American IronHorse dealer in Montana and Minnesota, expressed his enthusiasm for the transaction.
