NASHUA, N.H. _ The so-called ``Iowa bounce'' has been awarded to three Republican presidential hopefuls, and now the contrary voters of the Granite State will finally get their chance to pass judgment _ and perhaps pick a future president.
After all, in the postwar era, no Republican has won the White House without first winning the New Hampshire primary.
