WILMINGTON, Del., Feb. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- The DuPont Merck Pharmaceutical Company's motion for summary judgment was granted in the Brand Name Prescription Drug Antitrust Litigation currently pending in Federal District Court in Chicago. The court determined that based on the company's single price policy there was not enough material fact that would allow the plaintiff to sustain claims of conspiracy.
