Allen Showalter elected president
On Feb. 2, Allen Showalter, King Photo/Showalter Imaging Group, Harrisonburg, Va., was elected president of PMA, Jackson, Mich., during PMA 08 in Las Vegas, Nev. Showalter's advancement to president is automatic under the PMA constitution and bylaws.
Other PMA officers were also elected for the upcoming year. William Parker, Ambiance By Parker Inc., Nashville, Tenn., is the new president-elect. Brian Wood, Photovision, Salem, Ore., is the new vice president. Rainer Th. Schorcht, Foto Schorcht GmbH, Gutersloh, Germany, is the new treasurer. Ted Fox, PMA, Jackson, Mich., remains as executive director/secretary.
