SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 8, 1996--The following is a statement by Leslie J. Morgan, a former Pacific Bell employee who was recently terminated, and has filed a class action lawsuit against the company.

Last week a class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court on behalf of current and former managers of the Pacific Telesis Group (PacTel) and all of its subsidiaries including Pacific Bell.
