   Mercater's Softcart Technology To Become The Core 
   Of Data Pro's Internet Power Suite

SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Mercater Inc. announced today that it has licensed SoftCart to Data Pro Accounting Software. Data Pro, along with business partners Mercater, Spyglass Inc. and Santa Cruz Operation, announced Data Pro's Internet POWER Suite, the on-line accounting system at UniForum, a leading Unix industry trade show. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed, but the company said the Data Pro would be integrating SoftCart as a core part of their Internet POWER Suite.
