Basra, May16, (VOI)-Iraqi army forces on Friday seized a roadside bomb factory during search operations conducted in Basra, a military source said.
"Iraqi army units conducted search-and-raid operations in al-Qurna district, 100 km north Basra, and outlying villages of Rwihiya and Himayoon, seizing a roadsides bomb factory and amounts of ammunitions", Brig. Abbas al-Timimi, a media spokesman for iraqi army 14th division, told Aswat al-Iraq(VOI).
The spokesman added "forces arrested a number of wanted person and cleared the two villages".
