CompuCom Systems, Inc., a leading IT outsourcing company, announced that its Canadian subsidiary, CCSI Technology Solutions Corp., has acquired SaltSpring Software Inc. of London, Ontario, a dedicated hardware and software reseller with Microsoft Large Account Reseller (LAR) status. With the acquisition of SaltSpring, CCSI will assume the new status of a North American LAR for Microsoft to resell software in Canada, allowing CCSI to extend its leadership in this region. The new LAR status complements and broadens the successful partnership between CompuCom and Microsoft as the two organizations have worked together for more than a decade.
