MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--February 15, 1996-- Diversifying into a new segment of the interactive entertainment market, Acclaim Coin-Operated Entertainment, Inc., a subsidiary of Acclaim Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: AKLM), announced the debut of Batman Forever, the company's first coin-operated title. Based on the Warner Bros. blockbuster film, Acclaim's Batman Forever arcade game is schedule to debut worldwide this March and is the first arcade game to incorporate the company's proprietary RAX audio technology.
