Article: Construction materials sales break commodity exchange records.

TASHKENT, January 10 (UzReport.com): The volume of construction materials sales at the commodity exchange (UzEX) is constantly rising, which is the results of the increase in the volume of construction works being carried out in the country and the Central Asian region as a whole. At the same time the sales dynamics for the year are also demonstrating a growth trend, UzEX reported.

Thus, in 2007 basic construction materials (cement, roofing, sorted rolled metal) for the total amount of 538 billion soums were traded through the electronic system of exchange trades. To compare in 2006 the indicator constituted 105 billion soums.
