Akzo Nobel N.V., Amsterdam, The Netherlands, has announced the completion of the on sale of its Adhesives and Electronic Materials businesses to Henkel KgaA for 4 billion EUR. The agreement with Henkel for the sale of the two businesses was announced by Akzo Nobel in its offer for the ICI Group in August 2007.
