A LANDLORD was celebrating yesterday after winning the right to move tenants into his building - more than two years after it was built.
The Cassation Court upheld a High Civil Court verdict in favour of building owner Abdulla Salman Kaiksow, who had been refused a completion certificate by the Manama Municipality.
He first appealed against the municipality's decision in the Lower Civil Court in late 2006 and won, but the municipality appealed in the High Civil Court.
Mr Kaiksow won for a second time, but the municipality again appealed in the Cassation ...
