MANILA, Feb. 6 (PNA) The wife of Rodolfo Noel Lozada, one of the key witnesses in the ZTE broadband scandal, filed a writ of habeas corpus petition with the Supreme Court (SC) Wednesday in an effort to compel the military and police officials to produce her husband who was reported missing shortly after his arrival at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Tuesday afternoon.
