Article: Davao businessman sues TMG director to recover Pajero.

DAVAO CITY, April 16(PNA)--A businessman here has filed charges against a high-ranking official and a lawyer of the Traffic Management Group (TMG) for allegedly impounding his luxury vehicle despite certifications it is "not a hot car."

Johnny Ng sued TMG regional director Sr. Supt. Ernesto Tesoro and Atty. Edwin Eagay, both of the TMGs "Task Force Limbas" here, for damages and to recover P2-million Mitsubishi Pajero.

The complainant asked the court to issue a writ of replevin to protect the vehicle from damages while it is in TMG's possession.
