ROXAS CITY, April 28 (PNA) Government information officers (GIOs) should play a more active role in informing people about the decisions and actions of the government to address the present situation in the country, according to lawyer Ma. Janet C. Mesa, Regional Director of the Philippine Information Agency (PIA) in Western Visayas.
