MONTREAL, June 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Rio Tinto Alcan officially inaugurated its newly commissioned pilot plant for the treatment of spent potlining, in Saguenay, Quebec. The event was attended by over 200 representatives of the regional community, government officials, employees and management.
